Serious engagements should use a written Master Services Agreement or equivalent contract, Statement of Work, confidentiality terms, intellectual-property provisions, payment and change-control terms, and a Data Processing Addendum when Aetheron processes regulated personal data on a client’s behalf. Support or SLA terms should be added where recurring managed services require them.
These documents should be reviewed by qualified counsel before they become standard contracting templates, particularly for cross-border US, India and UAE engagements.
