These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public website operated by Aetheron Deep Tech Private Limited ("Aetheron", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

These Terms apply to the website and public materials made available through it. They are not a master services agreement, software licence, statement of work, employment agreement, investment agreement or other contract for Aetheron's commercial services.

The website provides general information about Aetheron's company, technology capabilities, services, research interests, industries, investor information, press resources and ways to contact us. A website visit, enquiry, meeting, proposal discussion or exchange of preliminary information does not by itself create a client, supplier, partner, fiduciary, employment, agency, joint-venture, investment or other contractual relationship.

Commercial engineering, research, consulting, development, support or other services will be governed by a separately executed agreement, statement of work, order form or similar written contract. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed agreement concerning paid services, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security or use by others. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws applicable to you.

Third-party photographs, video, fonts, icons, software, trademarks and other materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners.

Aetheron grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and use the public website for legitimate informational and business purposes. No ownership right is transferred to you. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, create misleading derivative branding from, or remove proprietary notices from protected website materials.

The Aetheron name, Aetheron Deep Tech name, logo, symbol, wordmark and associated visual identity are brand identifiers of Aetheron Deep Tech Private Limited. Use of these assets does not imply sponsorship, partnership, certification or endorsement.

Press and editorial use may be permitted in accordance with the guidance in our Media Kit. Commercial use, merchandise, domain names, social handles, confusingly similar branding or use that suggests affiliation requires prior written permission. Do not use the registered-trademark symbol unless Aetheron has expressly identified a mark as registered in the relevant jurisdiction.

We aim to keep website information accurate, but technology, research, service capabilities and business plans evolve. Website content may become outdated, incomplete or subject to change without notice.

Aetheron distinguishes current delivery capability from research, exploration and future technology interests. References to emerging technology, autonomous systems, robotics, advanced computing, future intellectual property or other research areas are not representations that a mature commercial product, patent, customer deployment, certification, facility or manufacturing capability already exists unless we expressly say so.

Statements about future plans, strategy, research direction, expected capabilities, markets or commercial opportunities are inherently uncertain and should not be relied on as guarantees of future performance or delivery.

Public website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, procurement, engineering-safety or other regulated professional advice for a specific situation. If confidentiality is important before detailed disclosure, request a mutual non-disclosure agreement first.

You represent that you have the right to provide materials you send to us and that doing so does not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or contractual rights.

The Investors section is provided for general corporate information. Nothing on this website constitutes or forms part of an offer, solicitation, recommendation or invitation to buy, sell, subscribe for or otherwise acquire any security, investment interest or financial product. Aetheron has not represented on this website that any public offering, private placement or fundraising process is open.

No website statement should be treated as investment advice or relied upon as the basis for an investment decision. Any future securities transaction, if one occurs, would be subject to separate legal documentation and applicable securities law.

The website may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party infrastructure, fonts, icons, hosting, media or other services. A link or technical integration does not mean that Aetheron controls or endorses the third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aetheron and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data or business interruption arising solely from access to or use of the public website, even if the possibility of such loss was known.

Where liability for the public website cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. These website limitations do not alter liability terms in a separately signed commercial agreement and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or other non-excludable conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, your infringement of another person's rights through your use of the website, or material information you submit without authority. This provision does not apply to losses caused by Aetheron's own unlawful conduct and does not create obligations that applicable law prohibits.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising specifically from use of the public website are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be waived, the courts having jurisdiction in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, India will have jurisdiction over such disputes.

Commercial client agreements may specify different governing-law, dispute-resolution or venue provisions, and those provisions will control the relevant commercial relationship.

We may update these Terms as the website or law changes. The 'Last updated' date identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
